How to Apply:
-After applying concealer, pick up small amount of Secret Brightening Powder with a small flat brush like Secret Brightening Powder Brush (sold separately).
-Tap the brush on the back of your hand, working the powder into the bristles.
-Lightly pat the powder under the eyes to set concealer.
-Pro tip: Less is more—a sheer amount will set and brighten all day.
