How to pay?
We accept BIBD or Baiduri bank online transfer. Provide screenshot of the successful payment via WhatsApp (8145318) or by replying to the order confirmation email.
Are all your products in-stock?
Yes! All products in our website are ready stock.
Where is Self-Pick Up?
Box of Cravings Kiulap. Pick up will be ready within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

How much is home delivery?
B$5 for ALL districts. Free for orders above B$50.
Do you accept payday booking?
Yes we do! Kindly write "payday booking" on the 'Order Special Instructions' box in the cart before checking out. We require at least B$10 deposit for each item transferred online via BIBD or Baiduri bank.
Is Cash On Delivery available?
Yes. However, we are only able to accept COD for Brunei and Muara area excluding KB, Tutong and Temburong . Please provide the exact amount to the runner.
Can I pay in cash during self pick-up?
No. We unfortunately have to stop this service due to a frequent default of payment from customers hence disrupting our stock system and data in the website.
When is my order ready for pick-up?
Please allow us 1-2 business days to prepare your order to be dropped off to the cube. You will be notified immediately via email (make sure to check your spam emails)!
How long does delivery take?
Can I pre-order out-of-stock products?
Yes! We open order every month on the 5th until 16th. We also accept non-cosmetic orders from the US such as apparel, shoes, bags, water bottles etc. Contact us directly through WhatsApp or Instagram DM
What brands in the US are accepted for pre-orders?
We accept ANY brands in the US that ships to the US such as Sephora, Ulta, Target, Walmart, Amazon, Birkenstock, Levi's, Crocs, Skims, Lululemon, Coach, Kate Spade, H&M, Rhode, Saie, Glossier, Charlotte Tilbury and many, many more!
