What brands in the US are accepted for pre-orders?

We accept ANY brands in the US that ships to the US such as Sephora, Ulta, Target, Walmart, Amazon, Birkenstock, Levi's, Crocs, Skims, Lululemon, Coach, Kate Spade, H&M, Rhode, Saie, Glossier, Charlotte Tilbury and many, many more!

What is the ETA?

Eta is approximately 3-4 weeks after preorder is closed.

Our timeline:
  1. Order placed from the US website (7-10 business days to arrive to our US warehouse)  
  2. Processed in US warehouse before shipping to Brunei begin (2 business days)    
  3. Once shipped, eta from US to Brunei takes around 5-7 business days to arrive. 
  4. Your order will be available for pick-up (or delivered depending on your mode of collection) at Box of Cravings Kiulap, ONE day after courier's delivery.

The time of arrival is merely an estimation from our experience and delays caused by for example, international or local custom processing and courier delay may occur. These delays are beyond our control.                                                                                                                    
Do you accept deposit?                                                                                                        

Yes we do! We accept at least 50% deposit of the total order to proceed with preorder. You may pay the remaining balance upon arrival.                                                                                                                                                                        
Where do you source the products? Are they authentic?

ALL products are sourced directly from the USA. We only purchased directly from the brand's website or third party websites such as Amazon, Sephora, Walmart and Ulta where the brands are officially selling to ensure that products are 100% authentic. 

We are always very wary of the source of where we purchase all of our products from to ensure that there are no issues in quality and authenticity.
